Welcome to Commuter CRUISER!   The Resource for Part Time Cruisers!

For over 12,000 miles, my husband, David and I have commuter cruised from Annapolis, MD to Cartegena, Colombia and back … six months at a time, leaving s/v Winterlude in marinas and flying back to the USA for hurricane season.  Along the way, we continue to learn how to deal with boat issues related to leaving & returning.  Whether you leave your boat for hurricane season or just until next weekend,  we hope you find a useful tip or suggestion here!
